Chorus should acquire Porter airlines which is rapidly penetrating eastern Canada.

Along with Chorus, they would have most of the market share outside of Westjet in eastern Canada.

AC would then have to either buy Chorus or try to add another discount airline at considerable risk of being outcompeted.
