Nope, this section of the PEA discusses what size mill will be required to grind the ore. That's a technical issue the engineers will figure out. The choice of mill doesn't really change Kami's overall power requirements.

We know Kami will require 100MW to 200MW of power, depending on if it's going to be a 8MTA or 16 MTA operation. I want to know if Churchill Falls has power to allocate to Kami, given power requirements of other mining and non-mining operations in Labrador. Morabito's comment seems to suggest that ADV is looking to source power from the new Lower Churchill development. That's interesting.
