I've never complained before so not sure but I would imagine you just call the Alberta Securites Commission and ask them what to do. 

I agree with you on this.  First, people were selling before the news was out. Second, the news went out through a channel that does not get wide distribution i.e. it should have been on the TSE site immediately. Third, there should have been a halt in trading.  Even if it was all innocent and there are explanations management should have had the forsight to know that this woudl be maldorous and that it would severely impact their credibility. I don't have a lot in this but enough to be p*ssed off and wondering if these guys are who they say they are. 

At the very least they should be putting something out there now to explain all this and how it was handled.
