A response from my email to investor relation.

 

Dear,

 

The arbitration process is proceeding.  At this time, we do not have any certainty around the length of time that the process may take.  We will be providing an update to the shareholders at the upcoming Annual and Special Meeting on June 28th.  If there are other matters that arise before that time, we will issue a news release.
