RE: RE: RE: Shareholders get $0.33 if vote yes Yes I see that. And it is already less then that again because the USD has declined again in the 2 days since it was calculated vs the Rand and CAD. The remaining answer is we have absolutely no idea what we will get with this deal. The rand and CAD could rally again and we would be left with nothing. We just have no certainty at all under these deals.
I am absolutely not changing my vote. I do hope Waterpan does come up with something though soon to make the decision easier though.
And as I have pointed out a dozen times at least. Even if we vote no, the debt holder modifications are independent of our vote for or against this. The maturing debentures that we are being scared with yet again will move to being due Oct 5th, which will give time for all this to be worked out and new and improved bids to be put forth.
Assuming of course the debt holders vote yes to the modifications, which is practically for sure as a majority already pledged to vote yes when this deal was put out. So do not be scared by impending dilution or defaulting on them at the end of the month.
And what a coincidence that you two appear here at exactly the same time the news was released to pump it.
