RE: RE: RE: RE: Legal Update

"Should they go after the previous directors to cover all the wasted money or just concentrate on moving the Cumo project forward?"

IMO, move it forward. Without access to MSQ's cash, I'm guessing that Kirkness (based upon my interpretation of MSQ's financials) will be unlikely to be able to turn a profit and will wither on the vine. Sell it to the kid for cash and let bygones be bygones (let the Canada Revenue Agency deal with any unjust enrichment).

IMO, the greatest rubbing of salt into the souls of the existing directors will be the dissidents bringing Cumo to prefeasibility.

When existing directors vanish, options vanish unless they're exercised. Most options are far underwater and existing directors would likely be reluctant to exercise and take a gamble on the Cumo with their own money.

It'd be lovely to see MSQ hit a nice level and have all of those unexercised options end up representing a lot of foregone gains for those without the testicles to put their money at risk alongside retail shareholders.
