Thanks AAA.  I agree that would be logical that the IMC deal is now fully set (hence my earlier post).  My concern is that none of this announcement today seems too logical.  If Woulfe could confirm there is no new information bringing into doubt the advancement of the $30M from IMC, then I would take great comfort in that news.  I appreciate that in the end, IMC (not Woulfe) holds the cards with that decision.  I just can't understand why any debenture agreement would be signed before the IMC deal is completed.unless there is some potential problem with the original offtake agreement terms.  There may be some good reason--I just can't think what it could be.  The reason the s/p has floated up so much in the past 2 days is in large part due to Brian's comments in the t.v. interview, which gave the impression that the IMC deal is nearly a done deal and that the financing would be put to bed shortly after that.
