Interesting timesThe announcement was very surprising and is highly inconsistent with previous information provided by management. This information, assuming all other facts remain equal, wiould have serous long term impacts on both the share price and credibility of management. It's possible the announcement means the nature of the imc investment is changing. If IMC wanted to buy wof, ntc, and mlg, it could do so. The fact that woulfe needed to approach imc suggests they are not actively interested in mining. Their goal all along has been to secure supply. Maybe the dilution replaces the 25% direct imc ownership. Imc or banks provide the remaining financing secured by Sangdong as capital.As I stated in my first post, finalizing the iMC deal was taking to long. Ongoing negotiations must be occurring.>
