Who Do You Trust? Do You Trust the Company:
- whose CEO and most of the BOD own ZERO shares?
- that arranged a gold stream transaction for $400/oz costing shareholders millions?
- that drove the share price from $12.00+++ to .06 cents?
- that constantly over-promised and under-delivered?
- that caused deaths and blamed results on employee morale?
- that caused problems with Gov't policy but wasn't pro-active in resolution?
- that said they'd be cash flow positive by last December?
- that said they'd have $30-million in the bank by last March?
- that made these promises while knowing the assets were being sold?
- that just tried to fool shareholders again by saying the distribution had changed. Only currency rates changed which shareholders would realize anyways. Nothing has changed in the offers. Nothing has changed with the value of the company as per RBC's valuation of $754-million.
Nothing has changed with this management.
