RE: RE: RE: RE: this mine is 4 years out. Exactly right, there's a lot of iron ore bodies being mined in China with 10% to 15% iron mineralization, with production costs over $110 per tonne. The 30% iron ore bodies in the Trough look amazing compared to them. Every time the iron ore price dives those mediocre Chinese mines go out of business, thus constricting supply, which will eventually push the iron ore price back up.

$110 is the floor, and Kami's fine at $110. Any declines past $110 will be very short-lived.
