They will submit EA application before year end.  They should hopefully get a decision prior to the provincial elections slated for May of 2013.

 

Either way, it's up to the EA agency moreso than the government.  If CEC abides by all the guidelines and environmental requirements, any government will find it hard to decline a permit, IMO.

 

You don't just stop a mine because some peope are against mining.  By year end, we should be worth double just on the (cum) investment.  I'm surprised the market didnt' react more positively, but I guess everyone wants things yesterday.  

 

Permitting and EA just don't happen that way.  atb
