Don't see how. Have you seen the Level II bids and asks lately ? Dunlop would not get too far. There are not many low priced shares available (except those that the bashers play with, buying and selling to scare other shareholders). I'm sure HBM knows this as well. Note that HBM has 11.7M VMS shares and this has not changed since I started to monitor them since Aug/2011.
