It doesnt look like Andurja is taking control of MedMira when the news states "

Frid said that Andurja will want to ensure that its investment is “well used” but MedMira doesn’t expect the Swiss firm to take a hands on interest in the company’s day-to-day affairs."

Maybe if the swiss firm takes control and runs this company then maybe we can get somewhere..
