Should have read that a Provincial decision expected sometime early 2013.  So if the EA application are submitted by year end, we could have a Provincial Minister's decision prior to the Provincial elections slated for May 2013, IMO. 

 

The Federal Minister's decision by Mid 2013 which there are no elections slated, so we won't have to worry about politics at the Federal level.  atb
