Au prices--and Cash Flow

Au prices--and Cash Flow

Au price is $75 below LSG's cash flow projection price of $1650. Will this reduction in cash revenue affect LSG's current financial cash crunch significantly?  The timing of the closure of the Apr 12  Sprott deal for $70 million seems to be increasingly critical, although, IF LSG could squeek through without that financing,  shareholders would be much better in the longer term.

It seems, the investment community's focus on their demand that LSG prove its performance management capability by actually producing more ounces at lower cost prices means that increases in Au prices has little positive affect on the stock price while any Au price declines impact the SP. The longer term still looks good, particularly if,  LSG can make it through the current cash problem and before someone comes forward with a "low-ball" takeover offer. Interesting times for LSG.
