I think it's because Jeff is GREEDY.  And that is not a bad thing at all for us shareholders.  He's just trying to squeeze every drop he can.

Major(s) could be walking away because Jeff's terms are so stingy in terms of what the major(s) want in return for their share of 1711.

 

Guess we'll find out and see.
