RE: 07/06/2012 Appendix 3B

RE: 07/06/2012 Appendix 3B

It seems that there was a CDI conversion of 1.4 mill shares back to the TSX. Explains the recent volume? On first glance not necessarily a good sign, however anytime you can dump that many shares on the market and only move down 3 cents, means heavy support as beech has duly noted. It is also interesting, that those in the know, would have seen those shares coming from the AX in May and would have had reason to run the sp down from the .50 level, in anticipation of picking up the coming shares cheaper.

Beech has noted that TD was a big buyer recently. Can anyone confirm if TD was a net seller in May?

Also the employees made out handsomely at this sp level. I have said it before, I think the run down from the 1.50's has a lot to do with employee compensation and talent retention. The cheaper the shares, the more they get. Not?

I like the volume. A lot. Some folks with deep pockets, like the stock at this price... a lot!
