"if it goes back" need I say more. Teck isn't going to let anyone start up near them. They are and always will be the only mine in the area. There just isn't enough water to support anything beyond that. Management messed up and took any wind it had and now it suffers with the rest of the low life bottom feeders on this garbage market.
