RE: RE: Dissident Circular Filed Hi Sven,
While I found the presentation very professional they do hit on all the current buzz words that really do not convey a lot of information e.g.
“The New Board will engage with the ERCB and other regulators, bringing a dynamic and interactive element to the approval process, and to the exploration of resolutions with the ERCB and other regulators, in order to address concerns and to expedite the approval of the Application”.
I have doubts as to whether this “dynamic and interactive element”, whatever that means, would be appreciated by the regulators who move at their own speed and may be negatively affected by perceived interference by the applicant.
The current board intimated that the dissidents did not have sufficient credentials..this seems to be wrong. They appear very qualified.
Current board also said they had information that the dissidents would not produce a circular wrong again. The circular is very comprehensive.
I have some concerns about what happens if the new board is successful. The current management almost certainly would be replaced...but by whom? Would positions such as CEO, CFO etc be filled by board members or could they rehire Chad Dust?
Dissidents make much ado about how many shares they have. I have more shares than at least three of the seven. Two do not own any shares.
Anyway, just some thoughts. This will be a last minute decision for me and I am sure for others as well.
Regards,
Jim
