“I expect the current BOD will find financing... without giving away more than is necessary... and I do believe... you better believe
“...the dissident's want .. they want to keep the stock price low (and investors frustrated), they want to keep the current BOD from moving forward, and they want to keep you second guessing every thing current management does”.
Funny, innit, that you use hype and hope (expect, will, believe, believe) to bolster the present BOD (and we’ve been hearing “will find financing” and “partner” since 2009... November 23, 2009 Mosquito Files Independent Preliminary Economic Assessment of CUMO Molybdenum-Copper-Silver Project Mosquito is currently negotiating with several major parties interested in funding the future development of the CUMO project), yet you claim to know exactly what the dissidents want?
Funny, innit, that you seem to forget that the dissidents would seemingly have won control had some few hundred thousand in-dispute shares not have been counted as being for the present BOD? Funny, innit, that you also seem to forget that large shareholders (which include Fu-Dykes-IEMR) have their own money invested, and they’ll only benefit (as will all retail shareholders) by building value from the property. No fees, perks, boats, limos, planes for them. They’ll have to get their rewards by way of management skills and peer recognition.
As to “you're making inaccurate assumptions about why previous costs were what they were and applying them forward”..you, as some sort of self-professed turnip farmer in the USA, can hardly know squat about why previous costs were what they were...and the billing dispute between Kirkness and IEMR and the 2011 billings to MSQ for the 2011 Cumo drilling should prove, even to you, that the 2012 costs will likely be what history has confirmed.
As to the fuzzy math...correct that $97 to $107 and multiply that by the 230,188 feet in the proposed 2012 drilling program, and there’s a potential “premium” for Kirkness Drilling of $24.6 million instead of 22.3 million. Does that make you feel even warmer and fuzzier? Thought not.
I expect that you’re not a true believer, Fife; you likely spout what you’re told to spout (a list on a cubicle wall, hmmmm?).
