Here is a link to a stock I own and the Canadinsider trades for it. Take special notice of the Transaction dates and Reporting dattes given. It took OVER A YEAR to report these trades on Canadian Insider.

I'm not bashing here as I only had this on my radar and couldn't help notice that drill hole. But there is something not right with the price action here IMO and I've been doing this for over thirty years. Time will tell.
