Ignore previous POST it went through too fast.

Ignore previous POST it went through too fast.

Maybe some expansion to URA's post is in order here...

This is based on First Uranium's latest report from yesterday

Notes due                                                                                       154.9 Million

Debentures ( including interest                                                       140.7

Gold One loan including interest                                                      10.2

Grand Total debts due                                                                    305.8 Million

Now using the number of shares outstanding, how much would it cost the ultimate purchser to get control of First Uranium and circumvent all the Superflouse (sp) and BOGUS  EXTRA  BS FILLED charges.

238 million share outstanding          @.50 cents 119.0 million added to 306                 425 million Total

                                                         @ .60         142.8                                                   449.

                                                         @. 70          166.6                                                  472

So you get the drift.............................

Now if we get an offer from Someone aside from AGA for let's say .60 cents a share,

I can see a counter offer from AGA for a starter the same amount but only based on the shares the do not own.

Now if teh ultimate purchaser was to sell Ezulwini take out the 70 to 100 million that anyone with a brain would offer for Ezulwini, whomever buys MWS gets it for less that 400 million ... or 60% of it's most recent FAIR appraisal value. Still a Fueking GREAT DEAL.

Mike
