Withhold for all nominees

Withhold for all nominees

Decided to go against the SGSA's advice AND voted to withhold for all nominees.  I still have more pkg's to come and I will vote the same for each one.

The way I see it, they are all at fault.  In cahoots if you will. So they all should get the same message.

This story needs to change gears and it desperately needs to START HAPPENING.  I personally believe a new CEO would go the furthest in helping the shareholders, but a strong msg to everyone involved cannot hurt at this point.  We are experiencing continued delays, poor communication, distribution on the market, poor institutional interest, etc.   A sp below 25 cents says it all.

They don't need more time; they need honest performance appraisals by us the shareholders.  We get a chance every AGM.  This one could be our only hope for change as many large investors have sold down their "supportive" positions and with the shares they still hold they for once might be voting to withhold--just like many of us retailers are.  At past AGM's this would have been an impossibility but this year is definitely different.  It gives me renewed hope.

This is the first AGM in at least six years that interests me because it potentially could go a long way to finally increasing shareholder value.
