RE: The future

RE: The future

Nuff said (and not a word about that Kinross and the president's son!!)?

Tfife you really need to read more as for plans

Money Raising

Re-opening discussions with some of the more than a dozen different groups who know about the CuMo project but have declined participation due to the current President. Several of these groups have already indicated that they are willing to re-open discussions with a new management team. The Concerned Shareholders expect there may be significant competition to finance the CuMo project once the right management is in place and are optimistic that the renewed company will be able to secure financing for the next stage of CuMo’s development.

I also like

Applying to move Mosquito (CuMo Mining Company) from the TSX Venture Exchange to the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) as soon as possible. In 2009, Mosquito qualified for listing on the TSX but its proposed listing on the TSX was stopped by the current President.

In addition there is this statement in the circular which I cant wait to see how it develops. Given the type of people the new team have already attracted this could also get interesting

Following their election, the New Slate will seek to appoint an additional independent director with appropriate experience in mine development or mining operations to assist with the Company’s new focus on developing the CuMo project. Several candidates have already expressed interest, and proper due diligence would be undertaken to ensure the best fit for the Company.
