Erm...no, there isn't. If the Court voids the results of the AGM voting, it will order that a new, monitored vote to be held.,

 

Canaccord has picked up a lot of shares since the AGM, but no sedi filings have been made. If held by insiders, the non-reporting is a no no.

 

 

Guess that that wasn't covered at the Simon Fraser course????
