4: 1 consolidation if they reduce management fees put the money directly into the properties. Once the company is turning a profit they can raise the managment fees back to what they were.

If the current management fee structure is kept the money will run out management will want more will be back again wanting another 4-1 consolidation.

Make this knowen to Patrick that if managers wages are not reduced there will be no 4 : 1 consolidation.

Lets face it do they want to develop the mine or consistanly mine share holders pockets.

If they want to raise money make it knowen that it will to develop property only, office expenses, wages will be reduced until either they produce gold or Graphite.

If there goal is to operate a mine they should be in favour of this plan.
