The Shafter Silver Project, which is 375 miles southeast of El Paso, in Presidio County, southwest Texas, within a historic mining district.

What happened to the remaining 100 pounds? 500 tickets @ 2 pounds each equals 1000 pounds revenue less 2 pounds refund to the disappointed winner yields 998 pounds.
