Sam back is good no matter how you look at.
He left because he didn't feel certain things were being handled the right way (which I realize is a very basic way of summing it up). His rejoining and strong integrity is a good sign of the direction this company has planned.

He wouldn't involve himself again unless he believed in and saw a future for this project.

I'm still holding to the believe that we will see some welcome activity late this year.
