If Orbimed wanted to take this company private now would be the best time to do it, but I believe they are looking at the investment value. They probably want to preserve liquidity to facilitate an exit strategy and be able to move on new oportunities.  Unfortunately it seems, like what has happened to the rest of us, this is taking longer and costing more than anticipated.  This is a pivital time for the company, it is showing signs that things are turning around,  I am pretty sure that Orbimed sees opportunities for this company, they have expectations and so should we.
