It stinks. All I see is Olma stating they will drop legal action as long as the payout is .33 minimum. Feels like an idle threat. I cannot find FIU's commitment to .33 anywhere. Where is the two part distribution the article mentions?

And again, how and why can they commit to .33 when they could garantee nothing a few days ago?
