Our list of shareholders had a total number of shares at around 58 million so if most of the retail investors had already voted and that vote was NO there would be a chance I bet.
Not sure how close the vote tally is but we got sold down the river no doubt about it.

Hmmmmmmm and Critical_Mass, if you eventually decide to go to the EGM, do not only me... but all of us a big favor, if they let you, TEAR A STRIP OFF OF THAT LYING PIGS BACK........... And while you;re at it, Let Those two Canadian legal advisers know that their names are tarnished due to their actions..I'm sure they could give squat what we think but it might give you guys some satisfaction..
