RE: RE: Here's the Info for .33

You're looking at the wrong news release . See Stockwatch "First Uranium estimates distribution from Ezulwini sale" 2012-06-06 .

https://www.stockwatch.com/News/Item.aspx?bid=Z-C%3aFIU-1967842&symbol=FIU&region=C

A significant fact no one seems to have realized is the .22 is guaranteed as part of the sale proceeds but $30 Million will be held in escrow :

"The balance of the finances held in escrow will be disbursed following the release of the escrow accounts. Assuming no claims are made, the amount available for distribution will be $30-million (U.S.) which the company intends to distribute as soon as legally permissible as follows:

Debentures -- $4.3-million (U.S.);

Shareholders -- $25.7-million (U.S.) (represents approximately 11 Canadian cents per share)."

This represents another $ .11 per share "Assuming no claims are made " NOT a done deal as i see it !

Which explains why this is not trading much higher than the $ .22 from the sale proceeds . There is still some uncertainty as to how much part two of the payout will really be .
