metals_boom, the "bonus" was for 2011 and we STILL do not have a loan.   One normally receives a bonus AFTER the job is done - not before.  And Brennan's salary without that $550,000 bonus is HUGE.  Let me give you an example of another Canadian company - Lululemon.

Company       CEO total compensation         Share price          total debt          Market cap        Shares out

Largo                    $840,000
.23               $15.42M             $121.48M         528.18M

Lulu                    $1,610,000                                  $63.91               $   0.00            $9,170.00M         143.95M

Now which  is the better run company?  Both are fairly young companies. One is growing like crazy - Lululemon, and one is poorly managed, not by an engineer, geologist or lawyer but by a "financier" / money changer who takes care of himself first and not the shareholders.  Brennan is getting paid for what he has not yet done. And dont forget, he's already put us in further jeapardy in starting construction before he's got the money in the bank.  You never start a construction project or any other project UNTIL you have the money in hand.  This sounds a lot more lke ethnic solidarity among some of you lunatics than good business management by Brennan.  The only good information on this forum are from stack and Ankheroo - hope I don't jinx them. The rest of you are all wind and not a critical comment among you.

By the way, if you want other examples showing Brennan's outrageous salary let me know - easy to do.
