glenfarclas,   You may be right, Yahoo does suck.   Perhaps you can tell us what Brennan did for that $550,000 "bonus".   I would be interested to know.   Can't be the loan - since he was paid the "bonus" in 2011 and we still are awaiting BNDES bank's release of the funds.   That leaves the reduction in share price to Arias et al.  Unless I missed something else.  You don't normally get a $550,000 bonus for doing your job.

I WILL agree that Yahoo is sloppy and a poor source for anything.  That said, even using your numbers the CEO of Lululemon has performed admirably and the shareholder should be very pleased with the increase in stock value.   The CEO of Largo has NOT well at all, the stock price is in the dumps and there is no earnings yet gets a large bonus.  For what????
