if you rec'd a proxy form and were a shareholder of record on May 15 you can vote even if you sold afterwards.

VOTE NO..if the deal doesn't go thru maybe you can pick it again at a cheaper price and hold it till TRR properly assesses what it has and develops the property adn more value..rather than selling out at the bottom of the market before it resources were properly upgraded.
