Invesco Emerging Markets Sovereign Debt ETF V.PCY

Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

RE: free coal

Agree cupricity. It's easy to get depressed about this company, given the SP performance. The PLAN, however is brilliant. As you point out, it is removed from the crisis areas. Mongolia is an early stage emerging market, that mistrusts both the Russians and the Chinese, with good reasons. This is a perfect opportunity for Canada to step into the void and mentor them into the 21st century. Unfortunately, our government is too fixated on the old world and the US to see it. A few Canadian companies have. I like the fact that JL has seemed to take on something of a mentoring role with the Mongolian govt. That makes him and his company important and useful to them. THAT makes it easier to do business. Risky, yes. Hence our SP. Time will tell. This is playing in the big leagues, and the rewards can be stupendous. We are in the second act with Prophecy. Not all has gone as planned in the first act, but we know the ground now. We know where the stumbling blocks are. Now we have to work around them, and still progress our projects. I'm in for the whole game. If JL can keep HIS vision and drive going, we will win big time. Crises come and go, but building infrastructure for a booming region is a great play that can lead to great rewards. I can't wait to see where we are 5 years out.
