I would find it hard to believe SAS has $28 mil in the bank. Just looking at the Mar 31st financials, the current assets is $27m (which perhaps is the reference?) and AP/accrued liabs of $13m (current liabilities of $30m, which some of that is the gold notes they settled). Now they just got that $25 million credit facility but I would not exactly call that cash.
