RE: lawsuit

RE: lawsuit

I just got dun researching florence and the spirit of opposition to the mine.   This law suit has certainly reved thing up.   I had no idea the amount of opposition to the mine.   I am told if there is no opposition to permitt as it stands now, at the public hearing then it will be granted.  The temp one at least.   By the looks of things the no opposition thing will be as likely as pigs flying.

My question is?   Why would curis take such an antagonistic position,  When they could do a small scale operation on private lands, with a commpletely transparent operation that would prove if insitu was working,  and then with the public on side could slowly move onto town and state land.

It appears to me,  that they are looking for someone to blame for having to shelve the project. I don't think this one is going to go.
