I hope Holders vote "NO".    Simply because I want IAMGOLD to spend there Money on a better acquistion target.   ie.  RUBICON or Victoira Gold Corp.

There is NO CHANCE the buyout will be stopped, but I think IAG stock woudl rally 5-10% on the failed buyout.

The sector is CHEAP, so TRR is a decent buy.....just not the near term producer I hoped for IAG>
