Credibility

Credibility

I heard a few members on this board who were at the AGM mention that one of the new Aussie managers had bought $150,000 worth of Cline stock. It's been two weeks since the AGM and yet the transaction has not shown up on SEDI. Normally insider transactions are posted within a matter of days on SEDI. I wonder what is going on? Also didn't the marketing guy at the AGM mention that they were going to have a sales contract for a shipment of coal within 10 days? These guys can't afford any more delays in production and sales as they have $50 million in debt due in Feb 2014. Very scary to have that much debt with uncertain coal markets and weak pricing for semi soft coking coal prices. No wonder a few mentioned that the management team looked concerned at the AGM.
