Someone who has  $500 million in spare change  could decide to buy this resource valued worth at least $100 billion and then wait until someone else comes along and wants to buy it for $1 billion and so on ? Other option would be to retain Brighton Markets and have them pump this stock as they have done so well for IDNG which owns nothing and advertises a forward stock split at some time in the future? Up 8% on mirrors today.
