RE: RE: A Problem Here is... In the end for shareholders it's about the amount of profit divided by the number of shares out. It appears EGZ will have 300 million plus shares out by the time it is producing. How many tens of millions of dollars will it need to raise at 25-35 cents per share (could be 400 million plus shares out with a warrant) in order to become a producer? Thirty million would be inexpensive and a third of what the others will need (except Flinders which already has a plant that needs restoration and upgrading) to get into production.
The property looks too good to be a penny stock but the share structure will keep it as one for the foreseeable future. Management should bite the bullet now and clean the structure up.
