Hello caliche  I think your right but AMK wont fold as long as they think they have a chance to sneak

through the system in summary proceedings.When It is determined that its going to be a full blown

trial and they will be crossexamined by a top attorney about some of their dealings they will fold

like  gypsy tents in the night.
