Oullins, Bobby's comment is not a knock to you, it is a knock to management.

We appreciate your comments and commentary.  But we realize that if management doesn't follow thru on what they say they are going to do, it's certainly not your fault.

It's probably one of the most prescient comments he's made on this board.
