If I were to guess, I would think RR would do a share conversion buyout.  That way they don't have to give up their cash on hand and the dilution wouldn't be too bad either.  

 

As for when; I have no idea, but with BYV's SP as low as it is, I would think RR could take it out pretty cheap atm with very little downside on it.  My hope is that it's sooner then later.  And, I would have no problem taking a share conversion deal as I like RR's story and resource.  I just want it to be a fair deal.
