That is a ridiculous statement. It is absolutely essential to keep the number of shares as low as possible in order to maximize shareholder value.
EGZ may have the goods but it is nearly impossible at this time to know what it will mean for the share price until it is fully financed through to production (once the goods are proven) and potential profit is divided by the number of fully diluted shares outstanding.
