Hi Kid,

This close to a decision by the ERCB I strongly feel a change in BOD and management would only do us harm. The current board have got us to the point of decision and the delays have been caused by regulatory agencies and environmental groups such as Saprae Creek, not board incompetence. You must know that in today's environment projects like this are not approved overnight. I saw nothing in the green proxy other than verbosity and ranting and lots of buzz words that convey nothing.

That said, we all must choose what we feel is right for our situation. If you think a new board is the way to go then go for it. My risk tolerance says that is not the way to go.
