RE: RE: Teck Option Correction , once CCY produces an updated 43-101, Teck will have ( 60 days) to decide how they want to proceed with the La Verde project . ( Not 2 years to negotiat a JV agreement )

In an email from Denby Greenslade Oct. 31 2011 she said... We don't need to complete our commitment to Teck unti the end of 2012 . We are planning to meet the commitment early; which will triger a decision sooner than later from Teck . At that time Teck can either back in to 60% of the project or we can buy them out of their 40% . If they took over 60% of the project ; then CCY would own 40% of the project & Teck 60% . The project would go into a separate entity in order for this to work . So Teck would not be buying out CCY shareholders & CCY shareholders would not own Teck shares . What the market would do or how it would respond re: stock price , is something I cannot comment on .
CCY currently has no plans to construct a mine site pre-Teck's decision . There are many steps that would need to be done before production . If we were set on course to go into production as the operators , then the soonest we would see the La Verde project go into production would still be ( 4 to 5 ) years out at this time .
Thank you for your interest in Catalyst Copper Corp. and I hope I answered your questions .
