The Revenue-Virginius mine is located in southwestern Colorado about 5.5 miles southwest of the town of Ouray. Access to the mine site is via County Road 361. The Shafter Silver Project, which is 375 miles southeast of El Paso, in Presidio County, southwest Texas, within a historic mining district.

MOC orders are usually pre-arranged so not sure. What you can do is use your broker for those next 15 minutes or half hour after close and buy shares if orders are still sitting there. I've done it when companies release NR's at 4 pm that are good. Well worth the extra coin to make a few bucks.
