I think in both cases (AVR and GSC), RBC decided to get out of these stocks by selling millions of shares.... mutual fund redemption maybe?

For AVR, Anonymous came along to gobble up share offerings at 16:10, but not GSC.

.

Get ready if RBC decides to get out of VTR, $.30 - $.50 is possible...
